The Clearway Group (“Clearway”) is delighted to announce the recent acquisition of SECONTEC Group (\u201cSECONTEC\u201d).<\/p>\n

Established in 2016 and headquartered in London, Clearway is a leading European security services provider specialising in protecting people, property, and assets. Clearway delivers tailored security solutions utilising an extensive range of specialist services integrated with market-leading technology. Clearway\u2019s technology-led security solutions include CCTV and alarms, for both temporary and permanent applications, and is supported by highly accredited Alarm and Video monitoring stations.<\/p>\n

Clearway has nationwide operations across the UK and France, and the addition of SECONTEC further strengthens its European-wide security operations.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2009, SECONTEC is a leading provider of remote video surveillance and CCTV Towers<\/a> across Germany and Austria with four offices in Germany and Austria and two bespoke in-house Video Operation Centres (VOC) already supporting pan-European clients. Its successful use of artificial intelligence adds to Clearway\u2019s existing technology portfolio which includes innovative solutions around its range of Temporary CCTV Towers and associated products.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the acquisition, Peter Eglinton, Clearway\u2019s Executive Chairman, said; \u201cClearway is very pleased to welcome SECONTEC into its ever-growing family of European-wide organisations. Our expanded team will now protect over 16,000 sites from our network of over 30 operational facilities across Europe and increases the number of Temporary CCTV Towers in our fleet to almost 2000 units\u201d.<\/p>\n
