“Clearway” is a trading name for approximately 16 independent companies throughout Europe, England and Scotland that collaborate to provide property, safety, analytics and site security, highways CCTV installations, mobile security devices and monitoring services to our customers. These companies form a network of group companies (collectively known as the “Clearway“).
Clearway’s headquarters are in London.
Each Clearway group company provides services in particular geographic areas and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of a particular country or countries in which it operates. Not all Clearway group companies provide the same services, and certain services may be provided to our customers by various Clearway group companies. Nonetheless, each of Clearway group companies are legally separate and independent entities, which cannot obligate or bind each other in respect of third parties and are liable only for their own acts and omissions.
Clearway Group Holdings Limited is a holding company for Clearway group companies and their subsidiaries. Clearway Group Holdings Limited is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 10421662 and having its registered office address at Penway Place, 2a Charing Cross Road, London, England, WC2H 0HF. A list of the names of Clearway group companies and their professional accreditations can be obtained from the Group Company Secretary who is based at Clearway’s headquarters.
Clearway group is registered for VAT purposes in the UK with VAT registration number 192167691. VAT numbers for our French companies can be obtained from the Group Company Secretary, or the relevant French entity.
