Meet the Clearway Team

Phil brings nearly 20 years of experience in the safety and security industry, having led key functions across various organisations, from private equity-backed startups and scaleups to global multinationals. His specialist expertise lies in temporary and fixed video surveillance, and he has held senior executive positions at leading companies including Bosch, AXIS Communications, and most recently, BauWatch. Phil speaks English, French, German, and Dutch, with additional studies in Russian and Swedish. He currently lives in the Netherlands with his wife and is a keen follower of motorsport, football, rugby, and golf.

Anthony has over 25 years’ experience in the temporary and fixed security solutions sector. Previously working as a Managing Director and European Development Director, Anthony has extensive experience developing and delivering solutions for customers in Europe. As Group Commercial Director within Clearway Anthony has pioneered our growth and expansion across the continent including servicing pan-European accounts

Mel joined Clearway in ‘22 as a General Counsel and Group Company Secretary. Prior to joining us, Mel worked in-house and for high street law firms where she led and grew teams, supported executive functions, advised and managed risks. Mel also worked on corporate governance and strategic development projects in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East and brings a wealth of experience to Clearway. Mel is responsible for Legal, Compliance, Co-Sec, Governance and leads the legal side of Corporate Development operations for Clearway.
