Emergency callouts can be activated on the same or next day, providing initial support such as boarding up doors and windows or installing wireless alarm systems, with longer-term protections or systems then implemented as quickly as possible.

Do you offer temporary or short-term vacant property services?

Yes, we appreciate that in some cases a property might be empty only for a short period. Still, owners and landlords may have an urgent need to prevent anything from happening during that time that will impact their ability to sell or let the property out to a new tenant.

What’s included in a vacant property inspection report?

While we can adjust the specific checks carried out during your inspection, the norm is to assess the security of the building, look for any indications of changes to structural integrity and condition, record utility usage and take meter readings, and offer any maintenance recommendations.

Our inspectors will also share any notable issues, such as junk mail left, waste items, overgrown shrubbery, or signs of unauthorised access that require prompt attention.
