Case Study
Clearway were instructed to secure a large warehouse whilst vacant and awaiting an incoming tenant to take over the lease.
Outcome
A risk assessment was carried out to establish the site requirements, with a new alarm system being installed inside the unit. The outside was fitted with concrete bollards and Heras fencing around the perimeter with access still considered for void property visits and allowing the new tenant to have the benefit of the building being fully secure whilst they moved their machinery and industrial equipment in ready to begin trading.
