Cleaning and clearing an uninhabitable council property

Background

Clearway were tasked by a council to completely clear and clean a property in a town in North Wales which had become uninhabitable. Any personal effects belonging to the tenant were to be kept and returned to the customer.

Solution

Two of our operatives were assigned to the property, separating the personal belongings from the clutter and removing unwanted rubbish before performing a thorough deep clean. This involved all surfaces including floors, cupboards, doors and walls.

Outcome

The whole process of cleaning and completely clearing the property took a week, and the customer was very pleased with the result:
