Clearway (previously Sitewatch) provide a range of Security Management and Business Services at their 16 acre business park in Quinton, near Birmingham.
Clearway designed and installed an integrated security solution which is operational at three levels; the whole site, individual office buildings and multiple occupiers within a single building. This prestigious project required Clearway to install automated security gates, CCTV across the whole site and automated disabled access doors to comply with DDA requirements. Additionally a bespoke on-site access control system allows St. Modwen to manage individual access to any room within their offices using HID proximity key fobs.
Staff and visitor movement is automatically tracked and logged, with CCTV support in mixed circulation areas. As a result, St. Modwen’s occupiers are assured of their own security, even when operating in a multi-tenanted environment. Our client is able to call on us 24 hours a day to advise or assist in the operation of the system, which is flexible enough to accommodate future changes in their operating environment.
Clearway have also provided a range of additional business services to this valued customer. Our team have arranged and managed the installation of a water treatment plant, tree-felling and streetlamp replacement. This allows the client to concentrate on their day-to-day business needs, whilst ensuring the continued smooth-running of the business park as a whole.
