Case Study
Clearway were instructed in the removal of trespassers at a shopping centre in Scotland, whereby a group of travellers had positioned themselves in the car park.
The process of removal was explained to our client due to differing laws, and TLT were instructed to commence the process. The Sheriff attended the same-day and confirmed the presence of the travellers, and liaised with them to reach an agreeable resolution prior to matters being escalated.
Outcome
TLT advised the following morning that the travellers had left as per their agreement and no further action would be required. Our client was updated throughout the process, and was delighted with the successful outcome without the need to escalate to Court proceedings.
