Following a forfeiture to regain the possession of a property in Norfolk by our enforcement team, we attended to provide a full 360 inspection report for the client. The report presents the property owner with access to several high-resolution photographs, a video tour of the building and a detailed floor plan.
Case Study
In this instance, off the back of the report, the inspector recommended that the property undergo a full clearance, isolation of services and an install of some security protection.
Outcome
All these services can be provided by Clearway and allows the client a comprehensive and stress-free completion to the removal of their unwanted tenants. Clearway will also be providing void property inspections ongoing until a new tenant inhabits the property. This allows full peace of mind for the client.
