The client contacted Clearway to request assistance in resecuring a commercial premises post tenant vacation and disposing of all goods/assets through Public Auction.
Outcome
Clearway deployed an Enforcement Agent and locksmith to the premises within 24 hours of instruction and resecured the premises. The Enforcement Agent completed a full site inspection and detailed inventory for the purpose of asset disposal under a Torts Notice.
The client also requested that Clearway complete a deep-clean of the premises. The property was professionally cleaned and handed back to the client for marketing within a four week period.
