The client initially contacted Clearway to assist in the removal of squatters from the Grade II listed building and a substantial re-securing of the premises to prevent further incidents of this nature.
Outcome
Clearway, along with appointed solicitors were able to obtain the Writ of Possession and successfully complete the eviction action.
Following the removal of the squatters, the property was re-secured using a substantial amount of steel sheeting, internal alarm systems, including 24/7 CCTV monitoring, a CCTV tower, and keyless doors to the property.
